IN-STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Clearance and 50% off items are non-refundable but for exchange or credit only. Ania Haie products will be 50% off at final sale.

Merchandise must be received in its original, sale-able condition (unworn, unaltered, has not been sized) and be accompanied by the original receipt. Please note that we do not process exchanges on December 26 due to the volume of sales in our stores.

Purchases made from Nov 1-Dec 25, 2024 and Dec 27-31, 2024 are eligible for a refund, exchange, and credit note until Jan 31, 2025 with original receipt, by the original form of payment and original card; Clearance items are exchange only. All purchases made on Dec 26, 2024 will be exchange only (norefunds). Refunds and exchanges will not be processed on Dec 26, 2024.

Sale Purchases

All Boxing Day sale purchases are valid for exchange not return. Purchases made before the Boxing Day sale cannot be price matched.

Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card. If the amount of your Gift Card does not cover the total purchase amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase with a valid form of payment. If the amount of your Gift Card is for more than the total order amount, the remaining amount will be stored on your Gift Card balance for future use. Gift Cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. We cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Cards. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards; however, items paid for with a Gift Card will be charged applicable sales tax.

What is your return policy?

*Our return deadlines are extended for the Holiday Season. For any orders placed between the 5th of November and 31st of December, you will be able to return them to us until January 31st.

How do I return my online order?

There are two different ways to make a return:

Online returns

Fill out the web form for returns and exchanges

  1. Complete this form and indicate the products you are going to return, giving your order number and postal code. Follow the indicated steps.
  2. Prepare your package
    Pack the items you want to return in a box in good condition and which is securely sealed. Please ensure to properly address your package. For security purposes, do not write Paris Jewellers anywhere on the outside of your package. Write Service and Design Center. Paris Jewellers is not liable/responsible for any lost or returned packages sent not completely sealed or taped.
  3. Bring the package to your nearest Canada Post location
    Once you have prepared your package, bring it to your closest Canada Post service location. Here you can find them listed.
    Receive your refund once we your return is approved
  4. After receiving your package, we’ll approve your return if everything is in its original, unworn, unaltered condition. We aim to process all returned orders within 5-7 business days on receiving your package, however this may take up to 30 working days during the busier times of the year or even your financial institution.

In-store returns

  1. Find your nearest store
    Go to one of our Paris Jewellers stores. You can find the addresses here.

  2. Return the items in store
    They do not need to be packaged. They only need to have their original invoice and be in their original, unworn, unaltered condition.
    Note that our retail stores will not be able to process the refund but will be able to ship the product back to our Service and Design Centre for refund processing.

    *For both options, make sure to have your return dropped off within 30 days from when you receive your order to receive your refund.

    Returns will not be processed for any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages and will be returned to the sender. Items that have been damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

When will I be refunded?

We aim to process all returned orders within 5-7 working days, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year and due to your financial institution.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Where can I ship my return and how can I track it?

You’ll get a tracking number with the generated printed label, and you can use it to monitor the status and location of your return.

How much do online returns cost?

In-store returns and online returns are FREE.

What if my return is late?

After 30 days from when you receive your order, items are ineligible to be returned or exchanged. We won’t be able to process the return or exchange if you are outside of your return window.

What products aren't eligible for return?

We're unable to accept returns on engraved, or any other personalized items, as we’ve customized these pieces especially for you.

Items purchased from our clearance section are eligible for exchange or credit note only.

Can I return an item purchased using Klarna or Flexity?

Refunds on orders placed using Klarna, Flexiti or Afterpay will be refunded from the same financing option you’ve chosen.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain available for future purchase under the same gift card reference code. Paris Jewellers is not responsible for stolen or misplaced gift cards.
